The Daily Dose

Welcome motorcycle riders and enthusiasts!

Today I’m here to talk to you about motorcycle riding, racing and maintenance, and teach you some tips and tricks I’ve picked up during my 20 years as an expert and mechanic.

Anyone who has ridden a motorcycle knows that the experience is exhilarating and full of adventure. But there is a great deal of knowledge and skill required to ride safely and at a competitive level, so here are a few tips from this veteran rider that should help you with your journey.

Safety should always be a priority when riding a motorcycle, so when you are gearing up for your next ride, make sure you have the proper safety equipment, such as helmets and protective clothing. You should also inspect your motorcycle before you start the engine, checking for tire pressure, oil level, chain tension, and any other potential problems.

When it comes to performance, there are many great accessories that can help tune and tweak your ride. High-performance parts can help you maximize the engine’s power output and reduce weight to increase acceleration. Properly tuning the suspension can improve handling, braking and cornering. It is important to note that tuning should be done by an experienced mechanic or technician to ensure the highest level of performance.

As any serious rider will tell you, practice makes perfect. To get the most out of your ride and to ensure the highest level of performance, you should find a track and include it in your practice routine. Not only will a track provide a more conducive and controlled environment to hone your skills, but it will also help you learn the right lines to take and the right limits to push in order to gain maximum speed.

Finally, for those who want to take their riding to an even higher level, there are several motorcycle racing options to choose from. You can join local clubs and race against your friends, or you can travel and join professional racing events in sanctioned leagues. Just make sure you are prepared with the proper equipment and conditioning before taking the plunge.

These are just a few tips I have picked up over the last 20 years. I hope they have been a help to you in some way and that you have a great time riding! Till next time…Happy Riding!
