Weekend Warrior Workout 11-14-2020

I am going to start posting my weekly training I do to continue to loose weight and gain the strength needed to continue doing the things I love.

Front Rack Barbell Step Ups 5×6

  • 5×6 each leg. Work up in weight each set.
  • Super set with 10 body weight Russian step ups

Close Grip Bench Press 5×5

  • 5 sets x 5 reps. Work up to a Heavy set of 5 for the day
  • Super Set with max push ups in 30 seconds immediately after each set of Close Grip Bench Press.

Barbell Bent Over Row 3×6

  • 3 sets x 10 reps. Work up to a max set of 10 for the day
  • Superset 5-10 strict pull ups between sets
